  • The Senegal bushbaby (Galago senegalensis), also known as the Senegal galago, the lesser galago or the lesser bush baby, is a small, nocturnal primate, a member of the galago family Galagidae.

  • In the 2019 film, Timon and Pumbaa had different animals as their neighbors in the oasis like a flock of guineafowl (one of them is voiced by Amy Sedaris), a galago (voiced by Chance the Rapper), an elephant shrew (voiced by Josh McCrary), a topi (voiced by Phil LaMarr) that has an awkward conversation with Simba, a bat-eared fox, an aardvark, a greater kudu, some dik-diks, and some Thomson's gazelles.
  • The Cross River bushbaby, also known as the Cross River squirrel galago, (Sciurocheirus alleni cameronensis) is a subspecies of prosimian primate in the family Galagidae which is endemic to a restricted area of West Africa.
  • Other animals found in the park include dwarf crocodiles, red river hog, sitatunga, warthog, civet cat, Maxwell's duiker, grass cutter, mona monkey, Thomas's galago and tree pangolin and the red-capped mangabey (Cercocebus torquatus).
  • Guereza, Boutourlini's blue monkey, lesser galago, olive baboon, grivet, and De Brazza's monkey are six known primate species that are considered common and can be found in montane forests, bamboo forests, and cloud forests.
