  • Roger de Poitou was awarded over 50 lands including Blackburn, Crosby, Formby, Huyton, Kirkby, Knowsley, Leyland, Maghull, Manchester, Newton-le-Willows, Rochdale, Salford, Skelmersdale, Speke, Upholland, Warrington and West Derby.
